Ariana Wattley, Nurse LPN
Ms Ariana Aricia Malisa Wattley our nurse practioner in Medical Oncology was born July 29, 1977 on the Island of St. Thomas. Soon after her birth she was taken to the beautiful island of St. Kitts and raised there by her Grandmother until the age of five; she then returned to St. Thomas to begin school at Lockhart Elementary from kindergarten to sixth grade. Ms Wattley attended school at Addelita Cancryn and went on to Charlotte Amalie High School. After graduating from Charlotte Amalie class of 1996 she attended the University of the Virgin Islands for two years In 2001 she became a Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA). This opened her heart to a whole new calling; the love and compassion of caring for the sick. She worked at Massac nursing agency from 2001 to March 2002 then at Sea View Nursing home in 2003. In January of 2004 she enrolled in the USVI school of Practical Nursing and successfully completed the course. While preparing for her LPN exam, she worked as a CNA in the emergency department of Schneider Regional Medical Center. In February 2006 she successfully passed her nursing boards and continued working in the emergency room. Ms. Wattley is currently the new addition to the friendly staff at CKCI.
