A multidisciplinary panel of physician experts collaborate on breast cancer patient's care at CKCI. They attend
weekly breast cancer case conferences at the CKCI where they discuss cases and formulate treatment plans that
will best meet the patient's individual needs.
Cancer Care Coordinator
From managing files and films, to putting you in touch with the latest clinical trials and physician experts,
the Breast Care Coordinator at the CKCI is available free of charge to help you through your process. Our
Breast Care Coordinator provides services tailored to your individual needs, including:
- Comprehensive nursing assessment and support
- Rapid scheduling of all appointments and consultations
- Assistance with coordination of providers and procedures
- Symptom management
- Ongoing education and disease information
The Cancer Care Coordinator will help you navigate a full spectrum of services from accessing the latest medical research to psychological and nutritional counseling.
